🚫 Vidyans does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (GDPR Article 9).

QEnabler is a SaaS platform designed to help organizations adopt a Quality Assistance / Quality Enablement model by providing tools such as (but not limited to):

- Test debt visibility
- Enablement resources and frameworks
QEnabler does not replace testing tools or guarantee software quality outcomes. It provides visibility, structure, and insights to support quality practices.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights to:
- The QEnabler platform
- Branding, user interface, frameworks, and documentation
are owned by Vidyans. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. Subscription, Trials & Payments (if applicable)
If you are on a paid plan:
- Fees are billed according to your subscription
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice
Free or trial plans may have usage limits and can be discontinued at any time.
9. Termination
You may stop using QEnabler at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- The Service is misused
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends
- Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations
10. Availability & Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

- Add or remove modules
- Update these Terms
Material changes will be communicated with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidyans and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
